Drop In Centre Opens!
Preston Women's Refuge has recently opened the Hope Centre. This is a Drop In Centre for women in Preston City centre and can be found in the St. John's Shopping Centre. It is open every day of the week except for Tuesdays and Sundays and the opening hours are 10am to 4pm.
The Hope Centre provides a safe environment for women to talk things through in confidence with no pressure. It also provides a range of advice sessions including legal and housing advice, a confidential counselling service and a range of activity sessions to build self confidence and self esteem, including art and craft activities. A crèche is available for some sessions.
