Help Line

Our helpline provides advice, support and a listening ear to victims.

Victims ringing our Helpline are often distraught, desperate and fear for their safety, and sometimes their life.

A call to our Helpline is often the first step on the road to a new life, for a whole family, free of regular beatings, injury, intimidation, isolation, and humiliation. The minute someone rings our Helpline they are no longer alone. They will have immediate reassurance, advice and then we will work with other agencies to give them all the support they need, whatever they decide to do.

Our helpline number is 01772 201601. It is available during office hours. Out of hours leave a message and one of our dedicated staff will contact you.

In the event of an emergency contact the police on 999.

You can also contact us on our helpline for further information, to make a referral or to access our services.
